Bekaert Bezinal® 2000 is a revolutionary zinc and aluminum alloy with high anti-corrosion resistance. Just as Bekaert Bezinal®, Bekaert Bezinal® 2000 is an alternative for wire products coated with an additional protective coating. With the same coating thickness Bekaert Bezinal® 2000 provides 70–100% better protection than a regular Bekaert Bezinal® (95Zn-5Al) product. With the same coating thickness Bekaert Bezinal® 2000 is on average 6 times more durable than a galvanized wire. Long-lasting corrosion resistance after welding. A wire with Bekaert Bezinal® 2000 coating provides an extraordinary protection against corrosion at welding points and a cathodic protection of bare places, such as the cut ends of the wire.
